As Director of Talent Acquisition at Elite Consulting Partners, Lara Benedetto plays a pivotal role in identifying top-tier talent and refining hiring strategies that support the firm’s long-term growth. With an extensive background in global talent acquisition and human capital leadership, she is dedicated to optimizing recruitment processes that align with business objectives and drive success.
Lara holds a Master of Human Resource Management from The New School, a Bachelor of Science in Family & Community Services from the University of Delaware, and a Certificate in Training & Development from The New School. She is also a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management, demonstrating her expertise in high-impact recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Elite Consulting Partners, Lara honed her skills in high-volume management recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and building high-performance teams. She is passionate about developing structured hiring processes that enable leadership to focus on business expansion while ensuring seamless talent acquisition.
A former AmeriCorps member, Lara is deeply committed to mentorship and service. She is the President of the Lake Pine Colony Club Board of Trustees and an active supporter of the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association.
Outside of work, Lara enjoys traveling, swimming, going on walks, and spending time with her husband and son, Kieran, along with her two Newfoundland dogs, Leila and Solomon, and her cat, Branch.
