Marketing Specialist – Available Immediately
The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in driving Elite Consulting Partners’ brand presence and supporting its growth objectives through strategic content marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional who can craft compelling narratives, manage digital marketing efforts, and amplify our position as a premier resource for financial professionals and firms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that highlights Elite Consulting Partners’ expertise in recruitment, transitions, M&A advisory and marketing.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, videos, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and press releases.
- Collaborate with management and staff to identify trending topics in the financial services industry and translate them into valuable content.
- Manage a robust content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publication across multiple platforms.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve rankings and drive qualified leads.
- Design and implement email campaigns to nurture leads, engage prospects, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.) to monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to enhance strategy.
- Support paid media efforts, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Brand Development & Communication
- Ensure Elite Consulting Partners’ branding and messaging remain consistent and aligned with the firm’s mission and values.
- Act as a brand ambassador, contributing to thought leadership and increasing engagement through social media channels.
- Assist with creating marketing collateral for recruitment events, industry webinars, and conferences.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with recruitment consultants and advisory teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive insights to position Elite Consulting Partners as a market leader.
- Work with external vendors and partners to execute high-quality marketing projects.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, recruitment, or professional advisory services.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce engaging, industry-specific content.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like HootSuite, WordPress, and Constant Contact.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, including recruitment and M&A advisory.
