With more than 35 years of experience across capital markets, wealth management, and advisor recruiting, Greg brings a rare depth of perspective and a consultative approach built on firsthand industry experience.

Greg’s career spans nearly every facet of the financial services industry, including institutional equity trading, capital markets, wealth management, and advisor consulting. He has served as a UBS advisor, proprietary trader, and senior leader within recruiting and consulting firms, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the advisor journey from every angle.

Most recently, as Founder of Teocalli Capital Partners, Greg advised financial advisors, RIAs, and wealth management firms on transitions, M&A strategy, practice acquisitions, and growth positioning. His work has included guiding advisors through complex deals, structuring acquisitions, and helping firms differentiate in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
