Lara holds a Master of Human Resource Management from The New School, a Bachelor of Science in Family & Community Services from the University of Delaware, and a Certificate in Training & Development from The New School. Her educational background has equipped her with the expertise to develop innovative talent strategies and implement effective workforce planning solutions.
Additionally, as a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Lara has demonstrated her ability to develop and execute high-impact recruitment initiatives that drive business growth. Her expertise spans high-volume management recruiting, operational efficiency, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning. Lara’s track record of optimizing hiring strategies and building high-performance teams aligns seamlessly with Elite Consulting Partners’ mission to support financial advisors and firms in achieving their business objectives.

Outside of work Lara enjoys traveling, swimming, going on walks, and spending time with her husband and son, Kieran, and her beloved pets – two Newfoundland dogs, Leila and Solomon, and a cat, Branch.
