Ted’s role focuses on the Practice Dynamics suite of turnkey business solutions for financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, and OSJs. He was previously a member of the Elite Consulting Partners team and was influential in the foundation of the firm’s initial business operations and executive search capabilities, serving in both the roles of Director of Operations and Search Consultant, respectively. In addition to his career at Elite Consulting Partners, Ted has amassed a resume which boasts multiple leadership positions with an emphasis on financial services and optimizing businesses practices. Career highlights of note for Ted include the roles of Retirement Services Consultant at Paychex, Financial Advisor Associate at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, and Hedge Fund Operations Associate at International Fund Services.
