Nita Villarreal brings extensive experience and a consultative approach to her role as Senior Business Consultant at Elite Consulting Partners. With over seven years at Raymond James, she successfully recruited across all five silos—RJA, RJAS, RJFS, Custody and Clearing, and FID—developing a deep market understanding and a commitment to finding the best fit for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth advisors and teams. Nita’s passion lies in helping advisors discover their “perfect scenario,” and guiding them through an elegant and thoughtful decision-making process. At Elite Consulting Partners, Nita continues her mission to provide unparalleled support and opportunities, leveraging her vast experience to benefit both advisors and the firm. Outside of work, Nita enjoys life with her partner, Scott, her college-student daughter Rio, who is studying Bio-Physics, and their two pets: Gibbs, a 104-pound yellow lab, and Cleopatra, their cat—all from an island in Maine.
