Tom Richardson serves as Business Development Manager at Elite Consulting Partners, bringing over 20 years of sales leadership experience to the team. Prior to joining Elite, he managed a high-performing internet sales department, where he led a team of 15 and consistently exceeded growth targets. Tom is passionate about training and development, with a proven track record of turning new team members into top-performing professionals through mentorship and hands-on coaching. In his role at Elite, Tom will apply that same energy to supporting advisor transitions and cultivating long-term relationships. Tom is a lifelong South Jersey native driven by discipline and a belief in getting at least 1% better every day. Outside of work, he enjoys running half marathons, hiking, playing bass guitar, and spending time with his son, Ryder.
